Why we built this
Most political conversations start and end with the headline. The bill becomes a slogan, the slogan becomes a tribe, and the actual ripple effects; five years out, three administrations later go unexamined. We wanted a quiet place where anyone could test an idea against the messy machinery of reality, with the same rigour a head of state's advisors might bring.
What it isn't
